We've found that new DB library we used requires Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784 Even it is very likely to be installed on your machine, it isn't always the case; We shipped this version with one DLL from it;

Also this version contained English translation proofreading by CollectionMaster, which made it sound native in English. Thank you so much!
